Hi Philip - Echten, is that in Friesland? I've been to Leeuwarden and surrounding areas a few times but hardly ever seen any ATVs. (except the one we had on the trailer behind the car... he,he) -
I have no idea how many registered ATVs there are in Norway, since quite a few of them are registered with black/yellow plates used in closed areas or on farms + the ones with ordinary MC plates. As to clubs... we have a few; the largest being Øslandet ATV klubb, mainly covering the area around the Oslo fjord and north and east of Oslo. - it's in Norwegian but I am sure you'll manage to navigate.
